The Kintsugi Collective
Kin·Tsu·GiCollective

A community that runs on goodwill.

People around the world paying it forward. The name is kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Done right, the piece comes back worth more. Same bet, made on people.

What this looks like

One member teaches another to weld.

Someone makes the introduction that turns a hard month around. A stranger drives four hours because you asked. Nobody keeps score and nothing is owed. That's the whole model: people who were helped once, paying it forward.

How it works

01

Get Vouched For

No randoms. You're here because a member who knows you put their name on it.

02

Say What You Do

List your trade and how you help: free, tips, or paid. Most people just help for free.

03

Show Up

Need something? Find your person and reach out. Someone needs you? Show up for them.

Fair questions

What's the catch?

There isn't one. No fees, no cut, nothing for sale. The Collective is the members, not a business between them.

Is help actually free?

Usually. Members set their own terms — most volunteer, some take tips, some do paid work. It's on their profile before you ever reach out.

Why invite-only?

Not status. Every member is someone an existing member trusts, and that trust is the product. Vouching is how we keep it.

The door

There's no sign-up page.

Every member is here because another member put their name on them. That's the entire vetting system, and it's why this works. If you know someone inside, ask them. If you don't, tell us who you are and what you'd bring. A person reads every request.
